What markets do we sell in?

We mainly sell in Australia, where we are based, but our designs are also available in the UK, the European Union, the USA, and Canada. 

If you wish to make a purchase and you are in a country that we do not currently support, message us and let us know.

How long does it take to make / print?

All items are made to order, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for production.

Where are they dispatched from?

We ship from Australia (Melbourne), the UK, the USA, and Canada, for faster delivery times and reduced carbon emissions.

When will my order arrive?

Your order should reach you 5 to 10 business days after production.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has left our printers, we will email you the tracking information that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

If we are unable to fulfill your order locally, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Please check with your local authority as to what charges may apply. 

Can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund (ex. shipping costs). No hassles.

Why is the design not as bright as the product image on screen? 

It is normal for the printed design to be "duller" than the image seen on-screen. Phones and computer screens produce brighter color tones than will appear on the printed garment.

What printing method do we use?

We use DTG (direct-to-garment) digital printing to ensure the highest quality printing. This method allows for detailed designs with a huge variety of colors, fast production times, and is environmentally friendly as it produces minimal waste.
